Meeting Attendance Manager
Use this page to see a report of all the meetings attended by people on the group roster and change member status based on meeting attendance. Note: You must have Roster Manage privileges to view the meeting attendance report. All members of your group are listed in the meeting attendance report and the last five meetings at which attendance was tracked are shown. Click the Next and Previous arrows to see attendance for different meetings. Click the meeting date to jump to the meeting details for that date. Meeting attendance is marked as follows:
- Yes: member attended meeting
- No: member did not attend meeting
- --: member was not yet on roster at the time of this meeting
To change member status based on meeting attendance
- Enter the number of meetings a member should have attended in the select members box. Click the Select button.
- Choose the new member status under the New Member Status heading.
- Review the selected members (highlighted in yellow) in the meeting attendance report and make any desired changes.
- Click Change Member Status. You will have a chance to confirm your changes before any changes are saved.
To download all meeting attendance information
- Click Export Full Report. The comma-separated (CSV) file will contain the names and information for all members on the group roster, and meeting attendance records for all meetings.
